The beautiful scenery of Papi kondalu

The beautiful scenery of Papi kondalu, the waterfalls at Munivaatam, and the peaceful atmosphere at this tribal area give a pleasant look and peace to visitors, making it a special attraction for tourists.Since this range looks like a well designed partition that splits river Godavari, this name was coined. The most popular route to reach Papi kondalu is through Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. There is also a twisted Ghat road of 35 km to reach Papi kondalu though Polavaram, via Shinganna Palli and Vadapalli.

GandiKota Fort --

Gandikota is a small village  on the right bank of the river Penna, 15 km from Jammalamadugu in Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh . The other structures within the fort, include another large granary, a magazine, a graceful 'pigeon tower' with fretted windows and an extensive palace built by bricks with some plastered decorations and some wells. There is an old cannon still lying in the fort. There is also the 'Rayalacheruvu' with its perennial springs irrigating some lime and plantain gardens. It is said that this 'Cheruvu' was connected to a fountain in Jamia Masjid by pipes, traces of which can still be seen.
